Arseniy Pentsak, originally from Ukraine, embarked on a journey to Canada over 12 years ago. Coming from a family of entrepreneurs, he immersed himself in various family-owned businesses throughout his childhood and early life. With a background in civil and mechanical engineering, Arseniy has forged a successful career in the local construction industry, overseeing the execution of significant infrastructure projects in Western Canada.

Driven by a passion for building high-performing teams, Arseniy focuses on supporting purposeful employee career development while leading critical infrastructure projects to success for local communities. With over a decade of leadership experience in project management and business operations, he recently earned an MBA focused on entrepreneurship and strategy from the University of British Columbia.
